We are working on three self-service solutions available from Q4 of 2023 through to Q2 of 2024:

  • QR Self-Service: This solution is positioned for the hospitality and restaurant industries. The solution enables a wide variety of self-services through QR code scanning with mobile phones. In the hotel industry, this solution can be applied to room service ordering, pool side food & beverage ordering, requests for housecleaning, requests for hotel maintenance and bookings for other services like spa in hotels. QR self-service is also very useful for busy cafes or restaurants. With self-service ordering, cafes/restaurants can reallocate resources from taking orders to fulfilling orders. This may reduce overall staff costs and also minimize revenue loss which arise when customers had to wait too long time for their orders to be taken and ultimately choosing to walk out instead. Cost reduction and revenue protection is particularly important to address inflationary pressures today and improve their margins. This product will be available from Q4 of 2023.
  • Kiosk Ordering: This solution is positioned for standalone stores such as food court stores, delivery-only outlets and busy cafes. Kiosk food and beverage ordering is now very common amongst the quick service industry chains. This has made consumers familiar and comfortable with their use. Kiosk ordering enables the re-purposing of staff from taking orders to production and delivery of food. This product will be available from Q2 of 2024.
  • Cloud Donation: This solution is developed for not-for-profit organizations like temples. A digital donation system eliminates the handling of cash, thereby reducing fraud and improving the efficiency of the donation process. People who wish to make donations can do so by paying directly with their bank accounts, digital wallet or credit cards and receiving appropriate tax invoices approved by the Inland Revenue Board. This product will be available from Q2 of 2024.
